Admission

• Minimum age requirement for Nursery is 3 years. Admission to all classes are done on the basis of an interview in case of LKG and entrance test for UKG to IX. The parents of the students seeking admission should register the name in the prescribed’ form obtainable from the school office/School website.
• The candidates must be presented by both the parents at the time of interview. The application for admission should be accompanied by the birth certificate for fresh admission. No student who has attended school previously will be admitted without a Transfer certificate from the school last attended. If coming from outside the state the T.C should be counter-signed by the educational authorities of the place in which the school is situated. Particulars like name, date of birth etc. Once recorded cannot be altered.
• Ordinarily students are admitted in the month of February/March at the beginning of the academic session.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR NEW ADMISSION

Birth Certificate should be either in Hindi or English. In the Application form, child’s name should be written as per Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation. Birth Certificate issued by Hospitals and Panchayats are not accepted.

Two recent photographs of the child and one along with his/her parents(Father,Mother and the child)

One photo copies of the Birth Certificate attested by a Gazetted Officer with child’s name on it. (Also bring the Original for verification)

Photocopy of Aadhar card.(Father, Mother and Child)

Photocopy of the report card of elder child(St. Mary’s School, Jajpur Road) to get sibling privilege.

Photocopy of passing certificate of parents to avail Alumni privilege.

Registration Fee Rs.500/- by cash.

In case inter-state transfer, Examination boards other than ICSE, the students T.C has to be countersigned for admission.

The document collected at time of admission are to be under the custody of school authorities and not retractable.

Certificate in Original from a registered Medical Practitioner.

Photocopy of category certificate in case of SC/ST/OBC.
